Page order

Add one or more PDFs to arrange their pages.

Export PDF

Download all pages in their current order, or enter a range to split out selected pages into a separate PDF. Page numbers refer to the list above.

Password-protected PDFs are not supported. Very large files may require substantial browser memory. Existing digital signatures or interactive forms may not survive page extraction.

About combining and splitting PDFs

PDF documents are widely used for forms, reports and records because their layout is designed to remain consistent across devices. When several files belong together, combining them into one document makes sharing and archiving simpler. Page order matters for readability, especially in longer reports.

Splitting a PDF lets you keep only the pages needed for a particular task or recipient. Rotating pages can make scanned documents easier to read, while removing extras produces a more focused copy. Always review the resulting document before sending it to someone else.

Documents can contain confidential information, so choosing a local workflow helps avoid unnecessary uploads. Even so, a new copy may preserve content you did not intend to share, and rearranging pages can affect signatures or form behavior. Check sensitive details and verify the exported file in a trusted PDF reader.
